Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using our website at softtouchcuisine.com. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Softtouch Cuisine

Softtouch Cuisine is a Cameroonian-owned food brand offering authentic African ready meals, food products, and fine dining events (“237 Events”) delivered across the United States and Canada. We are operated by Softtouch Cook House (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

By placing an order or using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are between 13 and 17 years old. Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, serving sizes, and images. However, product appearance may vary slightly from photos. Descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of any kind.

Our food products are sold in Half Tray and Full Tray sizes. Serving estimates are approximate and may vary based on portion sizes.

4. Allergen & Food Safety Notice

Important: Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us at softouchbybryte@gmail.com before placing your order.

All products must be handled, stored, and consumed in accordance with any instructions provided. We are not liable for illness or injury resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

5. Ordering & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Softtouch Cuisine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order. Orders are fulfilled on a guest checkout basis — no account is required. Your email address and order number are used to track your order.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Softtouch Cuisine does not store or have access to your card details. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Orders are dispatched on a weekly schedule and are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for Canada), incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right. For full details, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Events (237 Fine Dining)

From time to time, we host ticketed fine dining events (“237 Events”). Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Softtouch Cuisine. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by any event-specific rules and conduct guidelines communicated at the time of purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photos, logos, recipes, and branding — is the property of Softtouch Cuisine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of our platform
  • Harvest or collect data about other users without consent
  • Impersonate Softtouch Cuisine or any other person or entity

12. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Food photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance may vary depending on packaging and preparation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softtouch Cuisine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Softtouch Cuisine operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
