Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Packaging & Freshness
We take great care in packaging our meals to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. All orders are packed with insulated liners and dry ice or gel packs as needed to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze your items promptly upon arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather). Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives in poor condition or is incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours and we will make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
